Attach the cable to the pulley from the bottom and then switch the wheel so that force is taut over the pulley. Then carefully tighten all the elements after sliding the wheel onto the header bracket. Finally, attach a pair of pliers to the rod set on the surface of the bracket. This will prevent the rod from spinning when tightening the garage door springs.

10- Tightening the Springs
